The second lesson of "Huacheng Primary School"-"Basic Occupational Accomplishments" series 1: "Effective Vocational Communication", ended successfully with applause and laughter. This training session started with registration for Solitaire. The number of volunteers who signed up in a short period of time has exceeded the expected number of students in the class. The organizing committee can only notify other colleagues to participate in the next period. Nevertheless, some colleagues added a seat in the aisle to participate in the training in order not to miss the opportunity of this issue; colleagues from Suixing Cable rushed 50 kilometers to participate in the training. It fully shows the good learning mentality and working atmosphere of Huacheng people for self-improvement and pursuit of progress.
During the training process, colleagues scrambled to speak, some asked for knowledge, some asked how to deal with problems, and some asked how to overcome psychological barriers. Everyone's communication problems in daily work and life will be solved satisfactorily here. .
